1Introduction & Eligibility

A thorough investigation is conducted before any account is closed. If fraud is not established, the balance will be returned. Members who wish to close their own account should contact Support. All valid balances will be eligible for withdrawal before closure.

10Limitation of Liability

Bbdbajee is committed to providing a seamless and reliable service at all times. However, there are circumstances beyond bbdbajee's control that may disrupt service. bbdbajee is not liable in the following situations:

• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or device issues.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Service interruption due to natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
• Account losses resulting from the member's own negligence.
